Sean Nealy Appointed Wilder's Prep New School Director

Wilder’s Preparatory Academy Charter Schools’ has named Sean Nealy its new Director of Schools, effective March 11, 2024.
 
Mr. Nealy is a dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience. He was raised in Los Angeles and grew up in the View Park area. Upon graduating from Loyola High School, Mr. Nealy attended Morehouse College where he graduated with a degree in Psychology. 
 
Inspired by his transformative educational experiences, he embarked on a mission to empower students and foster positive learning environments. He continued to serve his community as a teacher for a local middle school before being recruited to become an assistant principal for a local charter school organization. With a strong desire to make a greater impact on his community, Mr. Nealy took on the role of principal at two middle schools, one in Los Angeles, and the other in Las Vegas. He spearheaded initiatives to increase academic achievement and holistic student development.
 
Under his leadership, one school was recognized as a California Distinguished School, a testament to his commitment to educational excellence and innovation for the benefit of his students. 
 
With over two decades of experience, Mr. Nealy has a proven track record of leadership excellence and strong results.
